As the 2nd generation behind a 16-year-old Viet kitchen, the young team is keeping the comforts that made their name, while adding a few surprises and delicious plot twists along the way.
On Unfined side, we’ve lined up an expressive by-the-glass selection to pair with Sonia and Chi’s dishes. New year, new wines! Some bottles just arrived before Tết, others have been aging patiently in our cellar.
