Micheal the OB (our way of saying βwowβ to his old boy journey) has done it all: cooking, consulting, and setting up many kitchens from the ground up. Along the way, heβs spent time at places like Quay (Sydney, 3 hats), Becasse (Sydney, 2 hats), Hibiscus (London, 2 stars), to name a few. So yeah, heβll be pouring his soul into the dishes!
