WINEMAKING
- Grapes: 20% Sémillon – 20% Muscat à petits grains – 15% Pinot Blanc – 15% Pinot Meunier – 15% Riesling – 15% Cabernet Franc
- Sémillon is directly pressed, the others are skin contact in 3-5 days during fermentation.
- All ferments were separately carried out in stainless steel, with the wines brought together one month before bottling.
