WINEMAKING

  • Grapes: 20% Sémillon, 20% Muscat à petits grains, and equal parts of everything else.
  • All are fermented separately in stainless steel.
  • Sémillon is directly pressed, and the others are skin contact in 3-5 days during fermentation.
  • The wines were then brought together one month before bottling.
