Not your typical tasting! Weโre excited to showcase a lineup of our most beloved cuvรฉes alongside some thrilling new releases. We will be hosting this excitement together with our friend Little Bear, who will be cooking up some delicious snacks for you to enjoy with the natties (served until it lasts, so come early!). More than 40 wines will be poured, get ready!
Now hereโs some sneak peeks of the new releases:
- ๐ฃ๐ผ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ผ๐น๐ผ: Italian natural wines by the couple Alberto Carretti and Claudia Iannelli. Their wines are crafted using an extended maceration technique (sometimes lasting months) to extract rich colors, aromas, and polyphenols, resulting in complex wines with an impressively structured palate. Who said natural wines can not be classic?
- ๐๐๐ฐ๐ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ด๐ฎ๐๐ (๐ฎ.๐ธ.๐ฎ ๐๐๐ฐ๐ ๐ ): Australian natural wines by Anton van Klopper, founding member of the Natural Selection Theory Gang alongside James Erskine (Jauma), Tom Shoobrook (Shoobrook Wines) and late Sam Hugh. Anton’s wines have two types of followers: huge fans and critics. His wines are like durian (not literally, ofc); they take time to appreciate. But once you fall for them, you can never go back!
So whether youโre into the wild, experimental side of natural wine or prefer a classic palate, this tasting is for you!
