WINEMAKING
- The grapes for Pitt Nat Blanc 2024 once again came from two vineyards where a vibrant mix of old white grape varieties grows side by side
- A total of seven different varieties were harvested at the same time and vinified together, each contributing to the story of this unique vintage
- Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, initiated in stainless steel and completed in bottles. Bottled at 20 grams of residual sugar and fermented till dry
- Unfined, unfiltered. No added sulfites
WHAT’S GOOD?
- Articulate nose with a broad aromatic spectrum, from notes of herbs to pineapple, nectarine, and a touch of nutmeg
- On the palate, the aromatic character remains clear and distinct
- Light-bodied with a tightly knit mousse. Fine bubbles integrate seamlessly into a delicately textured mouthfeel
- Bright, fruit-forward, and energetic with a clean, mineral-driven finish
- Best served at 6-8°C
