WINEMAKING
- Harvested and sorted by hand, dominated by Gruner Veltliner
- Solera wine from the 2019 – 2022 vintages
- Foot-stomped, overnight maceration with 22 hours of slow pneumatic press
- Spontaneous fermentation then aging in 3000-liter Stockinger oak barrels
- No fining, no filtration
- No sulfur addition
- Bottled on 13 November 2023
