GROWING
- Organic farming (certified by ABCERT)
- Soil: Loess
- Grapes taken from different plots in Velké Bílovice & Moravský Žižkov
- Age of vines: 4 – 21 years old
WINEMAKING
- Harvested and sorted by hand, then destemmed, not crushed
- Directly pressed on a pneumatic press for about 12 hours, followed by a 45-day spontaneous fermentation
- Aged in stainless steel and wood
- No fining, no filtration
- Sulfur addition: 8 ppm before bottling
- Bottled in April 2023
WHAT’S GOOD?
- A wine made in a very classical way, with no maceration, just gentle press and then some time in tanks
- Low in alcohol and accessible, you can drink this with literally everyone, be they natural wine fans or haters
- Fruity, citrusy aroma, juicy
- Good acidity & pleasant finish
- Best served well-chilled (11-12℃)
