WINEMAKING
- Müller Thurgau, Neuburger and Muscat harvested and sorted by hand
- Direct press of whole bunches, slow and gentle, maximum pressure 0.2 bar in 22 hours
- Spontaneous primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks, re-fermented by addition of grape must right before bottling
- Aged in stainless steel tank and bottle
- No fining, no filtration
- No sulfur addition
- Bottled in October 2024
