- Soil Type: 50% calcareous marne slopes and two smaller parcels of red slate surrounded by garrigue
- Region: Roussillon
WINEMAKING
- 34% Muscat Blanc à Petit Grain, 33% Muscat d’Alexandria, 33% Macabeu.
- Whole-bunch maceration for 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the parcel.
- Pressed into foudre and aged on lees for 8 months.
- Bottled with no added sulfur (less than 10 mg/L total).
- Unfined and unfiltered.
