WINEMAKING
- Hand-harvested, not destemmed
- Macerated on skins for 2 weeks
- Native yeast fermentation, full malolactic
- Aged in 1,200-6,000-liter oak barrels
- Ancestral method (pét-nat), tirage with sweet juice from 2025
- Unfined, unfiltered, no sulfur addition
- Bottled on 7 April 2025
WHAT’S GOOD?
- “Crazy Crazy” – because it’s crazy crazy. Delicious and extremely chuggable.
- A blend of Scheurebe, Bacchus, Müller-Thurgau and Scheurebe-Johanniter, put together at bottling.
- Huge aromatic bursts with tropical vibes: tropical fruit, citrus zest, white flowers, faint spice note from Scheurebe.
- Tangy acidity that dances on the palate.
- Naturally dry, no residual sugar. Light, cloudy, full of character: wine should be exciting, not polished.
- Best served well-chilled (8-10℃)
