WHAT’S GOOD?
Our pretty little white just keeps on getting better, this year we picked the earliest ever for that super crisp dryness that you all seem to love.
Dry Muscat Blanc is rare and this one shows its 1980s roots – intense and refreshing at the same time. Cucumber, lemon squash, green herbs, and apple, with lots of juicy, bouncy fun in the palate and a zingy finish.
This wine is ideal with spicy Asian food and curries which are a favourite this time of year.
FOOD PAIRING
As an apero; smoky bay oysters; salt & pepper tofu; almond frangipane and poached pear tart.
