GROWING

• Soil: rich in gravel
• Age of vines: 40 years old
• Certified biodynamic by Demeter

WINEMAKING

• Hand-harvested and destemmed
• Field blend, mostly Blaufrankisch and Zweigelt
• The vineyard is dedicated to the production of rosé, so the saignée method is not used 
• Wild fermented in large-format Austrian oak barrels
• Aged in 500L oak barrels for 7 months
• Racked once before bottling
• No fining, no filtration
• No sulfur addition
• Bottled in April 2024
