GROWING

• Soil: Gravel 
• Age of vines: 35 years old
• Certified biodynamic by Demeter

WINEMAKING

• Field blend grapes are hand harvested and destemmed
• Pneumatic press and fermentation take place in used 500, 1000, 1500 & 3000L Austrian Oak barrels
• Aged in barrel for about 7 months without bâtonnage 
• Racked once before bottling
• No fining, no filtration
• No sulfur addition
• Bottled in March 2023

WHAT’S GOOD?

• Wiltrude’s daughter (Whether she’s the daughter of Joschuari or Emmeran is debatable). Part of the “children” range of Gut Oggau, where the wines are vibrant and energetic with big personalities in their youth
• A bright, cheerful, and impudent wine. Bold but very likable
• A small amount of skin contact brings a lightly dusty mouthfeel
• A wine that feels balanced and composed, even at this early stage of its life
• Best served chilled (12-15℃)
