GROWING

• Soil: Limestone and Slate
• Age of vines: 70 years old
• Certified biodynamic by Demeter
• Vintage: very hot and dry throughout all the season, still the grapes have been released at the perfect time, to preserve a beautiful delicacy and freshness.

WINEMAKING

• Grüner Veltliner is hand-harvested, whole-bunch
• Wild fermentation takes place in larger-format Austrian Oak barrels
• Carefully pressed on a 200-year-old wooden press, then matured in 500L barrels for about 2 years without bâtonnage 
• One-third of grapes 14 days on skin
• Racked once before bottling
• No fining, no filtration
• No sulfur addition
• Bottled in March 2024
