- The grapes for making this wine undergo different brewing methods, such as direct pressing, 48-hour skin contact, and 6-day skin fermentation
- Blended in spring 2024 and aged for another 3 months in stainless steel before bottling
- Wild yeast, unfined, unfiltered, without any additives, including added sulfites and antioxidants
