Hey, so you know how ‘natural wine’ doesn’t really have a strict definition? It’s cool to just chat with the others about the unique traits of what you’re sipping on. Natural wines are all about keeping it real and simple. They come from grapes that are carefully grown by small-scale producers who really care about their grapes and vineyards.

These grapes are handpicked from places that are all about being kind to the earth – think organic or biodynamic vibes. And when it comes to making the wine, it’s all natural – no extra yeast or other stuff thrown in. They keep it chill with the sulfites, too, adding just a touch or none at all.

We’ve all been beginners at some point, feeling a bit lost when diving into the world of low-intervention wines. That’s why we’ve put together a Mixed Set—a curated selection of wines. It’s designed to introduce you to the unique flavors and styles of these wines compared to the more conventional, commercial ones. And the best part? Temperature’s kinda like the secret handshake for enjoying wine. Get it right, and you’re in for a treat.

Quick tips for chilling your bottles:

  • 🥂 Sparklings/Pét-nats: Keep it cool, but not with ice in the glass! (6-10 °C)
  • 🥂 Whites & Rosés: Pop them in the fridge for a bit or dunk them in an ice bucket if you’re in a hurry (8-13 °C)
  • 🥂 Orange wines: It’s a bit of a wildcard, depends on how cozy them got with the grape skins (10-15 °C)
  • 🍷 Light reds: A quick cool-off in the fridge is all they need (10-15 °C)
  • 🍷 Bold reds: “Room temperature” is not applied in Vietnam. Give ’em a quick fridge visit (15-18 °C), then enjoy them.

Or there are some practices being advised:

  • Keep your wine cool, but not too hot (no more than 25ºC).
  • Keep the bottles away from light and direct heat.
  • If you’ve opened a bottle, just cork it (use the cork or the stoppers) and stick it in the fridge.
