Sediment in natural wines – Some people love it, others not so much.
We just want our friends, whether you’re into natural wines or not, to understand that purposely having sediments in the natural wines can actually bring out amazing flavors, making these bottle super special and incredibly delicious.
There are two obviously awesome things about having the sediment on purpose in natural wine:
1. You get a one-of-a-kind wine, thanks to the chemical reactions of the juice and the sediment.
2. You get a wine that’s made by the most dedicated winemakers in town. (We have to say: making a successful wine batch is tough, and making a delicious one without filtering out the sediment is even harder!)
So, don’t be scared of the sediment-on-purpose, just sit back and enjoy it!
