EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY 

Thank you for choosing Unfined Wines. We value your satisfaction and trust. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged due to our fault, please keep the shipping receipt for verification. We will arrange for an exchange or refund if the product quality and delivery are under our responsibility.
However, please be aware that product exchanges/returns are subject to our inventory availability and price equivalence. You can only exchange/return a product for another one that has the same value as the one you paid for. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY 

Thank you for your order. Please note that once your order is confirmed, you cannot cancel it. If you have any issues with your order, you can request a refund within 24 hours of completing your payment.
The refund process may take some time depending on the bank you used. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
