GROWING
- Organic farming (certified by ABCERT)
- Soil: Sand, Clay
- Grapes taken from Achtele (+Slovenské) vineyard in Velké Bílovice, a historic site that can give a truly balanced Traminer
- Age of vines: 15-40 years old
WINEMAKING
- Harvested and sorted by hand. The whole grapes are skin-macerated for 4 days
- Pneumatic press for 10 hours in the first half of fermentation, followed by a spontaneous fermentation
- Aged in a used 3000L Stockinger oak barrel
- No fining, no filtration
- No sulfur addition
- Bottled on 16 August 2023

- This exceptional 2021 vintage (rivaled only by 2023) boasts beautiful ripening, perfect phenolic maturity, and vibrant acidity.
- The vineyard’s amphitheater shape creates contrasting ripening zones. This results in a captivating harmony of rich aromatics and refreshing acidity.
