WINEMAKING
- Harvested and sorted by hand, dominated by Gruner Veltliner (85%)
- Solera wine from the 2021 – 2023 vintages
- 3 days of skin contact followed by a slow and gentle pneumatic press
- Spontaneous fermentation starts during maceration, aging in 3000-liter Gamba barrels
- No fining, no filtration
- Sulfur addition: 5 ppm at bottling
WHAT’S GOOD?
- A complex yet refreshing and enjoyable orange wine
- Much more than a flower bouquet, orange blossoms, acacia, honeysuckle, you name it. Together with the floral notes, the sweet spectrum continues with honey and dried, almost confectionary apricot
- The dry, refreshing palate, together with the zippy acidity, makes this wine super smashable
- Best served chilled (11-12℃)
