“Destemmed and fermented on skins for a month, then pressed to old French oak.
Very light green/gold colour. Aromatics and tropical fruits mixed with grass and spice. Doesn’t come across as a “skin contact” wine. Palate is acid-driven and fleshy with lots of flavour. Light and quenching.”
