“Shiraz and Grenache are carbonic macerated separately. Shiraz is pressed to barrel. Grenache is pressed to stainless steel tank. Chenin Blanc is direct pressed into old French oak.

Dark cherry colour, big aromatics of raspberries, plum, aniseed, and bramble. Juicy and light on the palate.”
