GROWING

• Soil: Limestone 
• Age of vines: 40 years old
• Certified biodynamic by Demeter

WINEMAKING

• Field blend grapes are hand harvested and destemmed
• Pneumatic press and fermentation take place in used 500L Austrian oak barrels
• The wine stays in a barrel for an ‘elevage’ of about 9 months, with no bâtonnage or racking
• No fining, no filtration
• No sulfur addition
• Bottled on 23 June 2022

WHAT’S GOOD?

• The intensity of aromas and flavors of this cuvee would almost blow your hair back
• Exotic perfume and plump, luscious fruits on full display
• A great natural expression of Gewurztraminer – unashamedly bold and beautiful 
• Best served chilled (~14℃)
