WINEMAKING
- 70% Delaware, 10% Niagara, 10% Steuben, and 10% Seibel 9110 – All from Yamagata prefecture
- The grapes for making this wine undergo different brewing methods, such as direct pressing, 48-hour skin contact, and 6-day skin fermentation
- Blended in spring 2024 and aged for another 3 months in stainless steel before bottling
- Wild yeast, unfined, unfiltered, without any additives, including added sulfites and antioxidants
WHAT’S GOOD?
- The aroma blends fresh mandarin oranges and pears, complemented by a candy-like sweetness unique to the variety. The flavor is equally fresh, featuring a well-balanced acidity that makes for a crisp, refreshing experience
