WINEMAKING
- All hand-picked grapes.
- A whole bunch fermented on skins, or on full solids in oak vessels, then allowed to naturally go through malolactic fermentation and is topped monthly to maintain freshness and fruit.
- No fining, no filtration.
WHAT’S GOOD?
- A wine farmed and made with minimal disturbance but maximum effect.
- A great example of the capacity of Barossa Sémillon is complemented by Barossa Muscat Blanc.
- Punchy, elegant fruit-driven nose with a grippy textural palate and mouthwatering acid for days.
