Unfined Wines is an online wine shop based in Ho Chi Minh City but we are willing to share our wine love with you wherever you are.
Unfined Wines has always aimed to provide a fast and convenient purchasing experience when you purchase online. Please drop a message for us to discuss the possibility of delivery to your destination.
DELIVERY FEES
The delivery fee varies depending on the delivery address and the service provider. The customer is responsible for paying the delivery fee according to the service provider’s fee schedule.
We offer free delivery within HCMC for orders from 1.500.000 VND or more, with one address per order. Any additional delivery costs will be charged extra.
DELIVERY TIME
For all orders placed from 9:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Saturday, within Ho Chi Minh City & Binh Duong Province, our designated delivery partner will deliver to you within a few hours.
Delivery operating time: Unfined Wines commits to deliver the order at the latest promised time in advance to the customer after confirming the order. Any changes either earlier or later for delivery times will be communicated and agreed upon with the customer before delivery.
Please complete the payment to the delivery staff if you chose cash on delivery*** and please check if the product has any defects or is missing. Please keep the receipt for your reference.
***Please note that COD is only available for orders under 3.000.000 VND depending on the delivery company. Please take note to us if you want COD shipping when placing an order.
